**A quick note on video length** If you think it’s too long, you don’t have to watch it. Simple as that. I like making longer videos because it gives me more time to deliver detailed information (eg reviews). Especially for DIYs, I show you every step because I think many people learn best by watching. I want to make videos where you can get great results if you follow through. =) My recipe: 1) Shake EZ Prez Pressing Medium to combine layers. 2) To a full jar of EDM shadow, add about 5 drops of EZ Prez Pressing Medium. 3) Add the equivalent number of drops of 99% isopropyl alcohol. 4) Combine to form a wet sand consistency. 5) For shimmery shadows, follow 2)-4) with about 7 drops each of EZ Prez Pressing Medium and 99% isopropyl alcohol. For matte shadows, follow 2)-4) with about 3 drops each of EZ Prez Pressing Medium and 99% isopropyl alcohol. 6) Mist pan with 99% isopropyl alcohol and fill halfway with eyeshadow mixture. It will be the consistency of bread crumbs and should settle easily into the pan. 7) Press using a quarter and a piece of paper towel. I find this leaves a nice hatch mark like fabric does, and also helps to absorb excess alcohol and pressing medium. I usually do about 4 good hard presses, until the paper towel comes away clean.

@Kookiez72 It’s a sample size. Matte shadows press more compacted than shimmery shadows. I’ve never used glycerin to press before. =)
Was that a sample size jar of EDM shadow or the mini size? I wanna press some of my samples but I want to make sure I have enough to fill up a pan.
Also, if I use glycerin, what should the alcohol:glycerin ratio be?
