Question by caz330904: What time and temperature is recommended for cooking breaded cod in the oven?
I have some frozen breaded cod fillets which I’d like to oven cook from frozen rather than fry them. What are the recommendations for the temperature and for how long should I cook the fish? I’m using an electric fan oven.
I bought it from a local farm shop, so it didn’t come with instructions on a packet. There was an information sheet nearby for deep fat frying, but we normally “fry” in the oven and don’t have a deep fat fryer.

Normally 20-25 mins at 200 Celsius.

200 oc 30 mins. doesnt it say on the package?
20 minutes at 400F.
Cook on a tray for approx 25 minutes on a setting of 180 in an electric oven.
