If his is an older stove check the fuses in your stove one can be burnt out. Also make sure the element is pushed far back into the stove. Otherwise make sure that the breakers are all on.
it Could just be that your element needs replacing.
Good luck.

If the pilot light is lit, it’s most likely a bad element or burnt wire between the switch and the element. You will need an electrical meter / tester and basic electrical skills to tell which it is.

might be a bad power cord,or outlet ,first check the power , pull out from the wall and unplug , look at your outlet you have a right and left and either a bottom or top hole ,you have 115 volts on both the right and left side the bottom/top is the common( 3 prong plug ) use a test light or a light bulb rigged with test leads place 1 lead in the right hole and the other in the bottom ,if the light turns on it’s good ,then check the left side 1 lead in the left 1 in the bottom, don’t put a lead in the left and right at the same time that’s 240 ,will blow your bulb,if you have power here then the outlet is ok ,it might be the cord ,remove the cover where the cord enters the back of the stove you will see 3 wires ,plug in the cord ,check 1 at a time left to center right to center,if you have power there is a problem in the stove itself, most likely a switch if units go bad they usually burn and it’s obvious but not always place the outlet on a brick or block ,wrap a wire around each end on the unit and plug it in ,it should heat right up…………….tom
